Cedar Planked Herb Stuffed Trout

During a recent visit to Pike’s Place Market in Seattle, I found Pure Food Fish Market. I was impressed with the “Freshness” of their product and how competitive their prices were. They also shipped overnight anywhere in the USA for a small fee, thus keeping the need for having to ‘Freeze’ their fish.
This Cedar Planked Herb Stuffed Trout recipe is extremely easy and a must try. Cedar Planking is not only for Salmon but so many other wonderful recipes.

1 Large Trout
1 Cedar Plank (Soaked 1H)
2 Cups White Wine
2 Cups Water
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 bunch fresh Dill
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch fresh basil
2 Lemons (sliced)
1 pinch of salt
