In this video I smoked ribs on my “BigJoe” from Kamado Joe.
I had my Kamado at 275F and used Apple wood for flavor.
I sprayed the ribs with Apple Juice every 20minutes until the ribs where done.

2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
