In this video I am showing how easy it is to Reverse Sear a Tomahawk Steak on my Camp Chef Smoke Pro with an attached Sear Box. I sourced my meat from my local Butcher in La Verne California.
I like my Steaks cooked medium rare and in order not to over cook my steak, I used the wireless thermometer from “Meater”.
