In this video I demonstrate how easy it is to make Beef Jerky. My kids absolutely love it when I make beef jerky. Its extremely easy if you have the right ingredients.
When I am making Jerky, I use the best marinade around and get it from Jerky Gold. I have been using Jerky Gold for several years and absolutely enjoy their products.
When it comes to sourcing your meat, make sure to use a local butcher! They know the best cuts of meat for every occasion. When I told John from the Corner Butcher that I was doing a Jerky video, he recommended that I use Eye of Round due to its minimum fat content.
For this cook, I am using my Pellet Smoker from CampChef. They have these amazing Jerky Racks that came in handy.
