This Apple Pecan Bourbon Glaze pairs well with any Pork product and will definitely be a great add.
This recipe is very simple and only requires a few ingredients:
2 Cups Bourbon (reduce to 1 cup)
1/4C Dark Brown Sugar
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4C Pure Maple syrup
1-3 small Apples Chopped
1 12oz Apple Juice Frozen Concentrate
1C Pecans Chopped
