In this video I show how to cook a “Cranberry Orange Glazed” ham that I got from Snake River Farms. This is a Kurobuta “100% Berkshire Ham”. I cooked this on my Big Joe from Kamado Joe, but you can do the same thing in your oven and get great results.
Preheat grill or oven to 325F and heat ham until the internal temp is 140F. Remember most hams are already cooked and could be eaten cold, but who wants cold ham?
After about 1 hour of cooking, begin applying glaze. Repeat that application of the glaze every 20 minutes until the ham is done.
After the ham has reached the internal temperature of 140F, remove and place on a cutting board. Lightly wrap with Aluminum Foil and rest for 20 minutes….
The Ingredients are:
1 Ham 8-10 Pounds
1 1/2 cup Orange Juice
1 Orange Zest
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Orange Marmalade
1 can Cranberry Sauce
1 cup Cranberry whole
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
Reduce the glaze until it thickens….
