Here I am sharing a Family Tradition that I have been doing for 30+ years. This is a G+ Event and hope you join me.
I remember growing up and spending time in the kitchen with my mother. She taught me how to cook and one thing that I learned was how to make “home made noodles” My mom would only make these noodles on Holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
When I got married, I started this tradition with my family and have been doing the same recipe for 18 years.
This is different than your normal / traditional noodles.
Here is the recipe:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Large Egg
8 Cups of Chicken Broth / Stock
