In this video I am using a Pork Crown Roast from Snake River Farms. This Phenomenal piece of meat is from the Kurobuta line and is 100% Berkshire.
The preparation was very simple and I highly recommend it for any pork product. I used a dry rub from a company called MeatChurch. They have several different kinds of great rubs and the rub I chose was their “HoneyHogBBQ”,
I used my Big Joe from Kamado Joe but this could have been cooked or prepared in your oven.
Place Crown Roast in a preheated oven at 275F and cook the roast until the internal temperature reaches 140F.
