Lasagna is one of our favorite American Italian dishes. In this video I show how you can cook this amazing dish outdoors. I am using myBig Joe from Kamado Joe and some of the best cheeses I have ever had.
The fine folks from SartoriCheese sent me some cheeses for me to try. This definitely took my lasagna recipe to another level!!
Recipe Ingredients
1 box of lasagna noodles
32 oz of Pasta Sauce
32 oz Ricota Cheese
1/2 CUP of each Cheeses from SartoriCheese
Sarvecchio Cheese
Basil and Olive Oil Asiago Cheese
Bellavitano Parmesan Cheese
1/2 CUP Mozzarella
1/2 CUP Short Rib Beef
1/2 CUP Italian Sausage
