Low and Slow Pulled Pork | Grillagrills

In this video I show how easy it is to cook “Pulled Pork” Low and Slow on the Silverback from Grillagrills.
I smoked this Pork Shoulder at 240F for 13 hours overnight, its an alternative to cooking “Hot and Fast” with spectacular results. Due to the length of this cook, there was a deep smoke ring and a great flavor was achieved. A must try!!
