You can use pork belly or cured pork belly.
I sourced my meat from my butcher “The Corner Butcher” in La Verne

The ingredients are very simple:
1/2 pound of Angus Beef
1/2 pound cured pork belly (bacon)
3-4 slices of thick bacon
1/4 cup Grape Jelly
1/4 peanut butter
